Please have your credit card ready! Registration will not be completed until you pay for the event through Paypal or have a valid complimentary code.


For Diabetes Canada’s Professional Members, please use the email associated with your membership to register.

Please use same email as your DC or CSEM member account
For example, MD, RD, PhD etc as you would like it to appear on your name badge

If you are not a Diabetes Canada member, you can purchase a membership now to save on your registration fees. Note: If you are not a CSEM member, you can join or renew at csem.wildapricot.org

I agree to the Terms and Conditions regarding the Cancellation Policy.

Since DC/CSEM incurs certain expenses prior to the conference, it is necessary to impose the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations received 60 days prior to conference will receive a registration refund, minus a 25% processing fee.
  • Cancellations received between 59 days and 30 days prior to conference will receive a registration refund, minus a 50% processing fee.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days
  • To transfer your conference registration fee to another individual, there will be a $25 administration fee.

All cancellations must be received in writing by email to Jeneni.jude@diabetes.ca

Refunds will be provided by applying a refund to the credit card used in registering.

The Diabetes Canada/CSEM Professional Conference will have a health and safety plan in accordance with public health measures in place in Calgary at the time of the conference. Click here to view current safety protocols at the Telus Convention Centre.
